Description
This is an antique oil painting on panel of a man in a boat fishing on the River Waveney in The Norfolk Broads by renowned Victorian/Edwardian artist Norman Bradley. It is signed to the bottom left and titled to the bottom right. It was framed by Vokins the fine art dealers who were based in the City of London. The frame is a simple beaded and gilded hardwood frame and measures 39 x 26 cm (15″ x 10″). The painting itself measures 26 x 13 cm (10″ x 5″).
Norman Bradley was a British artist who was active from 1880 to 1910, during the end of the Victorian era into the Edwardian era.
