A stunningly accurate pencil and watercolour painting of Ripon Cathedral by Yorkshire born artist Geoffrey Jenkinson RCA. This is a beautiful little picture painted by a very well known and celebrated artist. It is framed, mounted and glazed. The frame measures 39 x 34 cm. The picture itself measures 22 x 17 cm.
Geoffrey Jenkinson R.C.A British 1925 – 2006. This renowned landscape artist was born in Leeds, studied at Pudsey Technical College and exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists and the Royal Cambrian Society. He moved to America in the 1950’s. He was recognised in The USA too where he became a member of The Arizona Artists Guild.
