Description
A heavy impasto oil on board of a figure standing under blossoming trees by renowned artist Paul Beauvais. This is a striking looking painting which is extremely well executed and very colourful. The heaviness of the oil is well done and creates the feeling of movement in the wind. The lone figure, distinct in a red coat, stands with the trees in defiance of the winds. The painting is initialled to the bottom right corner and is in a contemporary frame which measures 41 x 32 cm with the painting itself measuring 24 x 15 cm.
